At present, there are nearly 1,800 students studying in this school, and 550 students are enrolled in the fall of 2015. The foreign student education level achieved full coverage of doctoral, master and undergraduate students, and the postgraduate students accounted for 56%. Fourth, "please come in" and further innovate the teaching reform of international students. Project for China's outstanding traditional culture characteristics of scattered in folk, the school students focus on innovation of classroom teaching reform, open a foreign students in rural culture, classroom culture courses employ folk artists as students part-time practice guidance teachers, let farmers artist into the students classroom, let students field experience of Chinese traditional culture. At present, the school and jinhua city development zone management committee to establish cooperation relations, will be the first "international studies base" located in temple, an ancient village, created for students to learn the Chinese language and culture of internship practice conditions, gradually establish a docking, classroom teaching and practice education mechanism and social cohesion. 一是“重发展”,留学生教育规模和层次进一步提高。学校构建了由国际处、汉办两个管理机构,国际文化与教育学院、中非国际商学院两个办学机构,非洲研究院、国际与比较教育研究院两个研究机构组成的大外事格局,着力推进国际化战略举措,留学生教育规模和层次不断提升。目前,该校留学生数近1800人,2015年秋季入学550人,其中学位生近300人,留学生人数、新生人数和学位生新生人数均创历史新高。留学生教育层次实现博士、硕士和本科全覆盖,研究生占比56%。同时,该校着力完善留学生培养方案、师资队伍建设、生活条件、管理制度等,留学生培养成果显著。学校荣获全国来华留学教育先进集体、浙江省留学生管理工作先进单位。
二是“促融合”,校园国际交流文化氛围进一步浓厚。学校高度重视,积极推进校园文化活动的国际化、特色化、品牌化,逐步打造了集文化沙龙、学术论坛、专业学习、文化体验等于一体的校园国际文化交流机制,形成了中外文化互通共融的新局面。该校每年定期设立“国际文化体验大展台”,集中展示国外文化元素,既为外国留学生提供了跨文化课程的实践机会,又让中国学生不出校门就能感受多元文化,体验异国风情。至今该校已举办三届瑞典国文化体验日和埃及、喀麦隆、赞比亚、坦桑尼亚、毛里塔尼亚、苏丹和刚果布非洲七国文化体验日。
三是“走出去”,国际文化服务力进一步凸显。该校积极推动留学生“国际文化体验展台”走出校园、服务地方,全面推进国际文化服务金华地方经济社会发展。在服务基础教育方面,留学生文化服务团走进金华秋滨小学、天姆山村小学、民工子弟学校,开展义务支教;在服务企业发展方面,建立师大首个跨境电子商务特色班,为企业深入了解贸易国的风俗文化搭建平台,同时为企业开展小语种交流与培训;在服务新农村方面,留学生先后走进金华塔石、叶店、山后金、水竹蓬等村落,展示异国文化,体验农家民俗,交流生活经验;在服务旅游文化方面,结合金华当地旅游文化节,组织留学生开展各类文化体验活动,创造了良好经济和社会效益。
四是“请进来”,留学生课堂教学改革进一步创新。针对中国优秀的传统文化项目散落在民间的特点,该校着力创新留学生课堂教学改革,在农村开设留学生文化课堂,聘请民间艺人担任留学生文化课程兼职实践指导教师,让农民艺人走进留学生课堂,让留学生实地体验中国传统文化。目前,该校与金华市开发区管委会建立合作关系,将首个“国际研学基地”落户寺平古村,为留学生创造学习中国语言和文化的优良实习实践条件,逐步建立起教学与实践对接、课堂与社会衔接的育人机制。该校来自英国、韩国、喀麦隆等50多个国家的外国留学生均有机会到有关古村落实地学习中国传统文化。
